Bom dia!
Sou o Marcelo, filho do Moreira PU1MMZ, que venho atuando interinamente como 1º Secretário e estou respondendo com o Presidente em Exercício, Mendonça PU1TOM, e os demais membros do Conselho Fiscal: Marcelo PY1MT, Maurício PU1SET, Jair PY1HS em cópia.
As obras de construção da nova sede estão quase terminadas, o espaço já está no témino da fase de pintura externa, instalação do rebaixamento de teto e preparação do quintal (jardinagem).
Os pisos já foram colocados e enfim podemos dizer que estamos na fase final.
Há poucos dias (4 de Janeiro) eu estive lá e fiz algumas fotos, mas como tenho andado com muito trabalho na produtora, acabei só preparando as fotos hoje e já estão publicadas no novo site da CRAN.
No entanto, com o andar da obra as fotos tornaram-se intempestivas já que na fase de acabamentos, o ambiente muda muito de um dia para o outro.
Estando essa questão da obra a cargo da Prefeitura Municipal de Nilópolis, que tem sido na pessoa do Vereador Álvaro Perez e do Prefeito Sérgio Sessim, uma grande parceira, o novo quadro diretor da agremiação tem dado atenção à reestruturação de setores fundamentais da entidade como a atualização, contagem, verificação (se estão funcionais) e catalogação dos bens do clube;

mas ainda não considerada definitivamente como prestação de contas porque a totalidade dos bens materiais ainda não estão catalogados para que sejam enumerados e demonstrados junto ao patrimônio ativo da instituição.
Na esfera social, estamos elaborando um calendário de atividades da agremiação como participação em contestes, cursos de formação e promoção de Radioamadores, elementos operacionais, eletrônica básica, etc.. Que em breve estará disponível em nosso site.
Já demos início ao planejamento e elaboração da festa de aniversário da entidade, em pouco tempo estaremos disponibilizando os "convites" aos interessados.
Apesar de não termos comparecido em caravana como de costume (pois o Maurício PU1SET compareceu representando a CRAN) ao encontro de Rio Pomba - MG, nos mobilizamos, mas a viagem fora cancelada devido às previsões de mau tempo na região.
Viagens a encontros de radioamadores em outros estados, ativações e expedições fazem parte dos nossos planos e provavelmente entrarão no nosso calendário já neste ano.
Ainda no aspecto estrutural, firmamos, através do nosso membro Marcelo, PY1MT uma importante parceria com a Labre-RJ, que passará então a ter representatividade oficial no município.
Estamos elaborando um estudo de custos fixos e variáveis no intento de adequar da melhor forma o valor das mensalidades propostas aos nossos associados e que também permita o alcance de metas de evolução operacional, como a aquisição de novos rádios (principalmente HF), acopladores, um rotor - que é uma grande necessidade - e antenas.
No campo operacional, estamos em busca de uma estação repetidora (VHF) que deverá ser instalada na nova sede.
Esta repetidora estará sediada no ponto mais alto de Nilópolis (90 metros de elevação), que certamente alcançará não apenas toda a Baixada Fluminense como também deverá ser alcançada por regiões limítrofes com grande qualidade de sinal.
Inclusive, aproveito a oportunidade e faço o apelo a todos que lêem o seu blog e que tendo um repetidor parado, guardado, com defeito, fora de funcionamento, ocupando espaço, etc.,
E que desejando colocá-lo a serviço do radioamadorismo estadual faça uma parceria conosco, não esperamos e nem precisa que o equipamento nos seja doado.
A nossa idéia é de fazermos com o proprietário do equipamento um contrato de comodato (por escrito) que poderá ser rescindido a qualquer tempo, onde tal equipamento ficaria em regime de empréstimo entregue à Casa do Radioamador de Nilópolis que por sua vez seria responsável pela operação, manutenção, licenciamento, custos de operação e guarda do material que estará instalado na área da nossa sede, em um ambiente seguro e vigiado.
Estamos preparando também, para uso durante os tradicionais contestes nacionais e internacionais uma antena direcional de 2 Elementos com 7Mt. de Gôndola para a banda de 7Mhz, que deverá apresentar um grande diferencial de alcance na nova estação em uma banda muito importante não apenas durante concursos, mas também no número de rodadas.
Não obstante, estamos fazendo o levantamento de todas as prestações de contas, declarações e recolhimentos inerentes aos cofres públicos e à seguridade social para que seja mantido em dia com as respectivas obrigações e deixem de submeter o clube a restrições cadastrais e multas em favor de autarquias federais, como ocorrera em anos anteriores.
Esperamos em breve ter as portas da casa do Radioamador de Nilópolis novamente abertas aos seus sócios e amigos.
A inauguração oficial da nova sede ocorrerá na data de aniversário da fundação do clube, mas esperamos que antes disso as instalações e ajustes operacionais necessários para que a estação esteja novamente no ar, como a instalação das torres e das antenas, já estejam finalizados.
