O Decreto 002, do dia 3 passado, assinado pelo prefeito Sérgio Xavier, foi publicado neste jornal na edição de quarta-feira, 11.
Dispõe sobre a requisição de bens imóveis pela Defesa Civil municipal com a finalidade de prevenção de desastres.
Para assinar o decreto, o prefeito levou em consideração a necessidade de possibilitar à Defesa Civil municipal a requisição de bens imóveis não apenas com a finalidade de instalação de antenas de alarmes contra desastres, mas também com o escopo de viabilizar a instalação temporária de pontos de apoio.
De acordo com o decreto, fica a Secretaria de Defesa Civil autorizada a requisitar os bens imóveis que forem necessários e adequados à instalação de antenas de alarmes de prevenção contra desastres naturais e à instalação temporária de pontos de apoio, destinados ao acolhimento transitório de pessoas residentes em áreas de risco.
O ato de requisição será feito por meio de notificação prévia subscrita pelo secretário municipal de Defesa Civil, que fica autorizado, caso haja resistência por parte do proprietário ou possuidor direito do bem imóvel, a solicitar auxílio junto à Polícia Militar, com a finalidade de plena utilização do bem requisitado.
