O Ministério das Comunicações afirmou que irá requisitar as imagens passadas em TV aberta no "Big Brother Brasil" para analisar se, ao tratar do suposto estupro cometido por Daniel Echaniz, foram transmitidas imagens "contrárias à moral familiar e aos bons costumes", o que pode gerar a abertura de um processo de apuração por parte da pasta.
O ministério também solicitou que a verificação seja feita pela Anatel, agência estatal que regula a TV por assinatura --as imagens do possível abuso sexual foram transmitidas no "pay-per-view" do BBB.
Em tese, o processo de apuração pode resultar até mesmo na interrupção do serviço da Globo, diz o ministério, citando o Código Brasileiro de Telecomunicações.
As imagens requisitadas são dos dias 14 e 15, e serão degravadas pela pasta.
O Ministério da Justiça, que estabelece as classificações indicativas da TV aberta mas não interfere no conteúdo pago, afirmou que está sendo realizada uma reunião nesta tarde para definir se irá se posicionar de alguma maneira em relação ao caso.
Também hoje, a Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres, subordinada à Presidência da República, lançou nova nota, dizendo que acompanha as apurações feitas pela Polícia Civil e o Ministério Público do Rio.
Governo acompanha investigação de suposto estupro no "BBB12"
A Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres do governo federal informou em nota que está acompanhando, em contato direto com o Ministério Público Estadual (MPE) e a Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro, as investigações sobre o suposto estupro no "BBB12".
Segundo a nota, "todas as investigações sobre o caso estão sob a competência constitucional dos dois órgãos estaduais, que já tomaram as providências cabíveis para garantir a apuração do episódio, e que compete à Secretaria acompanhar as investigações".

The Secretariat of Policies for Women, said the federal government following in a statement that is in direct contact with the State Public Ministry (MPE) and the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro, the investigation into the alleged rape in "BBB12."
It said "all investigations into the case are under the constitutional competence of the two state agencies that have already taken the appropriate measures to ensure the verification of the episode, and it falls to the Department monitor the investigations.
