ATA REUNIÃO EXTRAORDINÁRIA DA DIRETORIA DA LABRE-RJ DO DIA 12/09/2012.
Aos doze dias do mês de Março de 2012, as 14:20 horas, teve inicio a reunião de diretoria da LABRE-RJ, em sua sede, na Avenida 13 de maio numero 13, sala 2013, Centro RJ.
No uso da palavra o Sr. Francisco Jacson dos Santos, PY1PDF, iniciou a reunião com um discurso referente a Instituição do DIPLOMA DE HONRA AO MÉRITO RADIOAMADORÍSTICO, que será oferecido pela LABRE-RJ, o qual passo a transcrever abaixo :
“Há muitos anos, também dessa forma, iniciou-se uma reunião de homens e mulheres, aqui mesmo no Rio de Janeiro, na nossa “Cidade Maravilhosa”, com o objetivo de fundar uma associação.
Pessoas de todas as classes sociais, credos e origens se fundiram num único corpo e com um único interesse, a saber : O RADIOAMADORISMO.
Em honra a memória desses pioneiros, que com coragem, determinação e espírito de brasilidade, fundaram nossa amada LABRE.
Aqui estamos para reverenciar aqueles que por seus esforços, dedicação, coragem e companheirismo tem sido nossas estrelas guia, nossos faróis, nossas inspirações.
É com imensa alegria que temos a honra de iniciar esta reunião onde esta diretoria, na pessoa de nosso presidente, em absoluta concordância de nossos pares, institui o DIPLOMA DE HONRA AO MÉRITO RADIOAMADORÍSTICO, honraria esta que tem a finalidade de reconhecer e exaltar aos que tem feito de nossa atividade objeto de apreço e orgulho de todos nós por seus atos, conduta e principalmente pelo destaque com que conduziram sua atividade como radioamadores e colaboradores de nossa causa.
Senhoras e Senhores, é com imenso prazer que instituímos este Diploma de reconhecimento oficial e o entregamos ao Sr. Luiz Gonzaga Chehab, PY1LGC, pelos relevantes serviços prestados ao Radioamadorismo Brasileiro.
É uma honra para todos nós, compartilhar, conviver e aprender com aqueles que realizam, transformam e não desistem de seus sonhos, na palavra amiga em tempos de paz e na pronta eficiência nas emergências, grandes companheiros, exemplos de radioamadores.
No uso da palavra o Sr Presidente da LABRE-RJ, Sr. Paulo Roberto, PY1PM, discorreu a respeito da criação do referido Diploma, bem como dos motivos da escolha do Sr. Luiz Gonzaga Chehab, PY1LGC.
Foi então passada a palavra ao Sr. Luiz Gonzaga Chehab, PY1LGC, que agradeceu a indicação para o recebimento de tal comenda, bem como brindou aos presentes, com seu conhecimento a respeito da época em que a LABRE foi criada, enaltecendo os valores e os comprometimentos pelos antigos criadores.
Assim sendo, como nada mais houvesse a ser discutido, deu-se por encerrada a reunião as quatorze horas e quarenta e cinco minutos, que vai assinada por mim, Diretor Secretário, pelo Presidente da LABRE-RJ e pelos Diretores presentes.

MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF THE DAY RJ-LABRE 12/09/2012.
This twelfth day of March 2012, 14:20 pm, began the board meeting LABRE-RJ at its headquarters on Avenida May 13 number 13, room 2013, RJ Center.
In speaking of Mr. Francisco Santos Jacson, PY1PDF, began the meeting with a speech regarding the institution DIPLOMA OF HONOR TO MERIT RADIOAMADORÍSTICO, which will be offered by LABRE-RJ, which step to transcribe below:
"Many years ago, also thus began a meeting of men and women right here in Rio de Janeiro, in our" Marvelous City ", with the aim of founding an association.
People from all walks of life, faiths and backgrounds have merged into a single body and a single interest, namely the amateur radio.
In honor of the memory of those pioneers who, with courage, determination and spirit of Brazilianness, founded our beloved LABRE.
We are here to honor those who by their efforts, dedication, courage and companionship have been our guide stars, our lights, our inspirations.
It is with immense joy that we have the honor of starting the meeting where this board, in the person of our president in absolute agreement of our peers, establishing the DIPLOMA OF HONOR TO MERIT RADIOAMADORÍSTICO, this award that aims to recognize and exalt those who has made our activity object of appreciation and pride for all of us for his acts, conduct, and especially with the prominence that led to his work as hams and employees of our cause.
Ladies and Gentlemen, it is with great pleasure that we instituted this Diploma of official recognition and delivered to Mr. Luiz Gonzaga Chehab, PY1LGC, for the services rendered to the Amateur Radio Dollars.
It is an honor for all of us to share, socialize and learn from those who perform, transform and do not give up your dreams, the word friend in times of peace and ready efficiency in emergencies, great companions, examples of amateurs.
In speaking of Mr. President LABRE-RJ, Mr. Paulo Roberto, PY1PM, talked about the creation of this Diploma as well as the reasons for the choice of Mr. Luiz Gonzaga Chehab, PY1LGC.
It was then passed to Mr. Luiz Gonzaga Chehab, PY1LGC, who thanked the indication for receiving this award, and toasted to the present, with their knowledge about the era in which it was created LABRE, extolling the values and commitments by ancient farmers.
Therefore, as there was nothing more to be discussed, gave up closed the meeting the fourteen hours and forty-five minutes, which are signed by me, Chief Secretary, the President of LABRE-RJ and the Officers present.
