ENCHENTES DO MÊS DE JANEIRO DE 2012

As ações dos radioamadores de Santo Antonio de Pádua, foram decisivas para alcamar e acabar com os boatos que surgiam sobre as enchentes do mês de Janeiro.

Logo que surgia um boato os radioamadores entravam em contato com a defesa civil e de posse das informações corretas começavam a acalmar a população.

Com isso, muitos tumultos foram evitados, fazendo com que os trabalhos ocorressem na mais perfeita tranqüilidade, fornecendo a Defesa Civil, informações impotantes, que com isso pode trabalhar em situações mais urgentes, fazendo com que o número de vÍtimas fosse ZERO.

Queremos agradecer também aos radioamadores de Cataguases, e ao secretário de Defesa Civil Sr. Carlos Pires, que nos forneceram importantes informações sobre a real situação do Rio Pomba nessa localidade.

We also thank the amateurs of Odessa, and the Civil Defense Secretary Carlos Pires, who provided us with important information about the actual situation of the Pigeon River in this location.
