1 – PARTICIPANTES:

1.1  – Radioamadores brasileiros - RA

1.2  -  Radioamadoras brasileiras - YL

1.3 – LABREs, Rádio-Clubes, Grupos de DX e DXpeditions - CL

1.4 -  Estações do exterior que participarem receberão Diploma Especial - DX

2 – MODALIDADES, BANDAS, DATAS, PERÍODO E PRAZOS:

2.1 - VHF  – Dias 8 e 9 de Setembro. Início às 21h00min UTC de sábado e término às 21h00min UTC de domingo,na banda de 2m. Não serão válidos contatos via repetidora, echolink ou outro meio.

Somente em simplex FM e SSB, entre 144300 a 144600 Mhz.

2.2 - CW HF – Dias 8 e 9 de Setembro. Início às 21h00min UTC de sábado e término às 21h00min UTC de domingo. Nas bandas de 80, 40 e 20m.

Obs: Em CW as estações RA e YL devem escolher uma única banda para participar, enquanto estações

CL e DX podem participar em mais de uma banda.

2.3 - SSB HF – Dias 15 e 16 de setembro. Início às 21h00min UTC de sábado e

término às 21h00min UTC de domingo. Nas bandas de 80, 40 e 20m.

Obs: Em SSB observem o fator de compensação para as classes B e C.

2.4- DIVULGAÇÃO: os resultados serão divulgados até o dia 31 de dezembro de 2012.

Em CW: CQ TEST FRP.

Em Fonia: CQ Concurso Farroupilha ou CQ FRP Contest.

5 – REPORTAGEM E OBSERVAÇÕES

5.1 A estação PY3AA, assim como todos os integrantes da Diretoria Executiva da LABRE-RS, não concorrerão. Participarão apenas distribuindo pontuação, tanto em HF quanto em VHF.

5.2 A cada contato realizado, as estações registrarão no log a reportagem enviada e recebida que é composta de RS(T) + número seqüencial do contato, iniciando em 001.

5.3 Esta numeração deverá ser corrida, mesmo que a estação mude de banda, isto é, não haverá um log para cada banda, mas sim um log único e seqüencial.

5.4 As estações de Radio-Clubes, Grupos de DX, LABREs e DX-Peditions enviarão número seqüencial seguido das letras CL. Exemplo 59 125/CL.

5.5 As estações Young Ladies enviarão número seqüencial seguido das letras YL. Exemplo 599 072/YL.

5.6 As estações de Radioamadores enviarão apenas número seqüencial. Exemplo 59 001.

5.7 Se não constarem no LOG as siglas YL ou CL após o número seqüencial recebido o contato

receberá a  pontuação de Radioamador – RA.

5.8 Se no LOG CW de uma estação RA ou YL constar mais de uma banda, será considerada a banda do primeiro contato do referido LOG.

6 – PONTUAÇÃO:

6.1 Contatos com estação RA valerão 2 pontos.

6.2 Contatos com estação YL valerão 3 pontos.

6.3 Contatos com estação CL valerão 5 pontos.

6.4 Contatos com estação DX valerão 5 pontos.

7 – MULTIPLICADORES:

7.1 Serão multiplicadores os diferentes prefixos trabalhados, quer sejam regulares ou especiais, independentemente do número de bandas trabalhadas, ou seja, estes prefixos contarão uma única vez, mesmo que você os trabalhe em bandas diferentes.

8 – FATOR DE COMPENSAÇÃO EM FONIA SSB:

8.1 Radioamador classe A e as estações CL e DX multiplicam sua pontuação por 1. Ex: 200 ptos X 10 multiplicadores X 1 = 2.000 ptos.

8.2 Radioamador classe B multiplica sua pontuação por 1,5.

Ex: 200 ptos X 10 multiplicadores X 1.5 = 3.000 ptos.

8.3 Radioamador classe C multiplica sua pontuação por 3.

Ex: 200 ptos X 10 multiplicadores X 3 = 6.000 ptos.

 9 – RELATÓRIO FINAL (LOG):

9.1 Os logs deverão ser no formato Cabrillo. Recomendamos a utilização do software N1MM (gratuito) no módulo DX Serial e, ao final, salve-o em Cabrillo. Para download acesse www.n1mm.com

9.2 Outros “contest softwares” poderão ser utilizados sem problemas, tomando-se o cuidado para salvar no formato Cabrillo.

9.3 Logs preenchidos à mão ou fora de formato Cabrillo não serão aceitos.

9.4 Os relatórios deverão ser enviados via email, até o dia 30 de Setembro de 2012 , somente para o seguinte endereço: cqfrp2012@gmail.com   

9;5 Não esqueça de preencher corretamente os dados da estação.

9.6 Logs incompletos não serão considerados.

9.7 Coloque no título do e-mail seu indicativo, classe, categoria e modo.

Exemplo:  PY3AA   – A – CL - VHF;

                  PY3ABC – B – RA - SSB;

                  PU3ZZZ  – C – YL – CW.

9.8 O competidor deve enviar um LOG para cada modo em que participar no concurso Farroupilha 2012( VHF, SSB e CW).

9.9 O participante deverá, impreterivelmente, colocar na coluna “COMMENT” a sigla referente ao contato (YL, CL, L, etc...) sob pena de não serem computados os multiplicadores.

              

10– PREMIAÇÃO:

10.1 Para o primeiro, segundo e terceiro colocados em cada uma das categorias será concedido o troféu “O Laçador”.

10.2 Para todos os demais participantes, serão confeccionados diplomas que serão remetidos pelos correios.

10.3 A LABRE-RS está aberta para receber patrocínio de Rádio-Clubes ou

Individuais para ajudar nas custas do conteste. Estas doações servirão para auxiliar na confecção dos troféus e envio pelos correios. Se você quiser ajudar, procure-nos através do e-mail   py3aa@labre-rs.com.br  Seu indicativo será gravado na placa como “patrocinador”.

11– CONSIDERAÇÕES GERAIS:

11.1 Solicitamos a todos que observem a ética e o bom senso ao realizarem seus contatos.

11.2 Não é necessária a confirmação de QTR durante seus comunicados.

11.3 Respeite a QRG ocupada por outra estação.

11.4 Observe os limites de banda e potência estabelecidos para a sua classe.

11.5 É proibido a dois ou mais operadores explorarem o mesmo indicativo de chamada. Essa proibição não se aplica às LABRE’s, Rádio-Clubes, Grupos de DX e DX-Peditions.

11.6 O operador não pode, num mesmo contato, usar mais de um indicativo visando o acúmulo de pontos para dois ou mais participantes.

11.7 Não serão considerados pontos de contatos duplicados em uma mesma banda.

11.8 Logs recebidos após o prazo final, não serão considerados para efeito de classificação.

11.9 Para as estações que trabalharem multifaixa, serão registrados os contatos nas 3 bandas (80, 40 e 20m) na seqüência em que estes forem realizados.

11.10 Solicitamos que as estações LABREs, Rádio-Clubes, Grupos de DX e DX- Peditions (CL) participem em todas as bandas (80, 40 e 20m).

11.11 É permitido para as estações da categoria CL a utilização de uma estação caçadora e outra running, todavia, não será permitida a emissão simultânea de sinais, mesmo que em bandas diferentes.

 11.12 A numeração dos contatos para estas estações deverá ser seqüencial e corrida.

11.13 É permitida a utilização livre de Skimmer e DX-Cluster, nos modos passivo e ativo.

11.14 Caso alguma estação não envie seu log, os pontos relativos a ela não serão considerados para nenhuma outra, portanto envie seu log, mesmo que seja como check-log.

11.15 Envie suas fotos e comentários para acrescentarmos ao relatório final.

11.16 Casos omissos neste regulamento, que nos chegarem por escrito (carta ou email) até 30 dias após o concurso, serão decididos pela Comissão Apuradora, composta de 2 integrantes da Diretoria Executiva, 2 integrantes do Conselho Deliberativo e mais um radioamador não pertencente aos quadros acima referidos, que presidirá a sessão e terá o voto de “Minerva”. As decisões da referida junta serão soberanas e todos os que enviarem seus LOGs devem estar cientes deste regulamento.

PURPOSE

• Homage to Farrukhabad Revolution.

• harmonization between amateurs Brazilians.

• Development of ethics, technical and operational skills.

1 - PARTICIPANTS:

1.1 - Brazilian Amateur - RA

1.2 - Brazilian amateur radio - YL

1.3 - LABREs, Radio Clubs, Groups and DX DXpeditions - CL

1.4 - Stations abroad who participate will receive Special Diploma - DX

2 - ARRANGEMENTS, BANDS, DATE, TIME AND DEADLINES:

2.1 - VHF - Days 8 and 9 September. Beginning at 21:00 UTC Saturday and ending at 21:00 UTC on Sunday, the banda 2m. There are valid contacts repeater, EchoLink or other means.

Only simplex FM and SSB, between 144,300 to 144,600 Mhz

2.2 - HF CW - Days 8 and 9 September. Beginning at 21:00 UTC Saturday and ending at 21:00 UTC on Sunday. Bands of 80, 40 and 20m.

Note: In RA and CW stations YL must choose one band to participate, while stations

CL and DX can participate in more than one band.

2.3 - HF SSB - Days 15 and 16 September. Beginning at 21:00 UTC on Saturday and

ending at 21:00 UTC on Sunday. Bands of 80, 40 and 20m.

Note: In SSB observe the compensation factor for classes B and C.

2.4-RELEASE: the results will be released until the 31st of December 2012.

3 - CALL:

CW: CQ TEST FRP.

On phone: CQ CQ Contest Farroupilha or FRP Contest.

4 - CATEGORIES IN VHF, SSB and CW

4.1 Amateur - RA

4.2 amateur radio - YL

4.3 LABREs, Radio Clubs, Groups DX and DX-peditions - CL

4.4 Exterior - DX

5 - REPORTS AND COMMENTS

5.1 The PY3AA station, as well as all members of the Executive Board of LABRE-RS, not compete. Participate only distributing scores, both in HF and in VHF.

5.2 In each contact made, the stations will record in the log report sent and received that consists of RS (T) + sequential number of the contact, starting at 001.

5.3 This numbering is to be run, even if the bandwidth change station, that is, there is a log for each band, but only one log and sequential.

5.4 The Radio-stations Clubs, Groups DX, DX-peditions LABREs and send sequence number followed by the letters CL. Example 59 125/CL.

5.5 The Young Ladies stations send sequence number followed by the letters YL. Example 599 072/YL.

5.6 The Amateur Radio stations send only sequential number. Example 59 001.

5.7 If not included in the LOG or initials YL CL sequence number received after the contact

receive a score of Amateur Radio - RA.

5.8 If the LOG CW station or RA YL contain more than one band, the band is considered the first contact of that LOG.

6 - SCORE:

6.1 Contacts with RA season will be worth 2 points.

6.2 Contacts with YL station will be worth 3 points.

6.3 Contacts with CL season will be worth 5 points.

6.4 Contacts with DX station will be worth 5 points.

7 - MULTIPLIERS:

7.1 multipliers will be different prefixes worked, whether regular or special, regardless of the number of bands worked, ie, these prefixes count only once, even if you work in different bands.

8 - CLEARING FACTOR IN PHONE SSB:

8.1 The Amateur class and the CL and DX stations multiply your score by 1. Ex: 200 Pts multipliers X 1 X 10 = 2,000 Pts.

8.2 Class B Amateur multiplies your score by 1.5.

Ex: 200 Pts multipliers X 10 X 1.5 = 3000 Pts.

8.3 Class C Amateur multiplies your score by 3.

Ex: 200 Pts multipliers X 10 X 3 = 6,000 Pts.

 9 - FINAL REPORT (LOG):

9.1 The logs must be in Cabrillo format. We recommend using the N1MM software (free) DX Serial module and, ultimately, save it to Cabrillo. To download visit www.n1mm.com

9.2 Other "contest software" can be used without problems, taking care to save the Cabrillo format.

9.3 Logs filled out by hand or Cabrillo format will not be accepted.

9.4 The reports should be sent via email until the 30th of September 2012, only to the following address: cqfrp2012@gmail.com

9; 5 Do not forget to fill correctly the data station.

9.6 Logs incomplete will not be considered.

9.7 Put the title of the email your callsign, class, category and mode.

Example: PY3AA - A - CL - VHF;

                  PY3ABC - B - RA - SSB;

                  PU3ZZZ - C - YL - CW.

9.8 The competitor must send a LOG for each mode in which the competition Farroupilha 2012 (VHF, SSB and CW).

9.9 The participant must, without fail, put in the "COMMENT" the acronym for the contact (YL, CL, L, etc ...) otherwise they will not be computed multipliers.

              

10 - AWARDS:

10.1 For the first, second and third places in each category will be awarded the prize "The Laçador".

10.2 For all other participants, will be made diplomas that will be sent by mail.

10.3 The LABRE-RS is open to receive sponsorship from radio clubs or

Individual to assist in the costs of the contest. These donations will be used to assist in the preparation of trophies and forwarding the mail. If you want to help, find us via email py3aa@labre-rs.com.br His callsign will be written on the board as a "sponsor."

11 - GENERAL:

1.11 We ask everyone to observe ethics and common sense when making your contacts.

11.2 It is not necessary for the confirmation of their communicated QTR.

11.3 Respect the QRG occupied by another station.

11.4 Observe the limits of power and bandwidth set for its class.

11.5 It is forbidden for two or more operators exploit the same call. This prohibition does not apply to LABRE's, Radio Clubs, Groups DX and DX-peditions.

11.6 The operator can not, in the same contact, use more than one target in order to accumulate points for two or more participants.

11.7 will not be considered points of duplicate contacts in one banda.

11.8 Logs received after the deadline will not be considered for classification.

11.9 For the stations that work multitrack, will be recorded contacts in the 3 bands (80, 40 and 20m) in the sequence in which they are performed.

11:10 We ask that LABREs stations, Radio Clubs, Groups DX and DX-peditions (CL) participate in all bands (80, 40 and 20m).

11:11 is allowed to stations of the class CL using a hunter and the other running station, however, is not allowed to issue simultaneous signals, even if in different bands.

 11:12 The number of contacts for these stations should be sequential and race.

11:13 is permitted free of Skimmer and DX-Cluster, in passive and active modes.

11:14 If a station does not send its log, the points relating to it will not be considered for any other, so send your log, even as check-log.

11:15 Submit your photos and comments to add to the final report.

11:16 Omissions in this regulation, we arrive in writing (letter or email) within 30 days of the contest will be decided by the Commission Apuradora, composed of two members of the Executive Board, two members of the Board and one not belonging to amateur pictures above, who will chair the session and will vote for the "Minerva". The decisions of that board will be sovereign and all who send their LOGs should be aware of this regulation.
