CONCURSO RIO DE JANEIRO DE VHF ● CRJVHF 2012 ● REGULAMENTO

ORGANIZAÇÃO
Liga de Amadores Brasileiros de Rádio Emissão – Rio de Janeiro (LABRE RJ, PY1AA).

FINALIDADE E OBJETIVOS
• Realizar contatos bilaterais em fonia, sem intervenção de repetidores, links VOIP ou qualquer tipo de reflexão em corpos celestes, entre estações fixas, móveis ou especias/eventuais, domiciliadas no Estado do Rio de Janeiro, trocando reportagens de sinal (RS) e localizadores (grid square/locator com 6 dígitos);
• Estimular a observância dos conceitos de técnica e ética operacional, durante um contato bilateral.

PERÍODO DE REALIZAÇÃO
• De 00:00 UTC de 15/06/2012 (21:00 PT2 de Sexta feira) às 15:00 UTC de 16/06/2012 (12:00 PT2 de Domingo).

MODOS
• Os contatos serão realizados em FM, SSB e CW. Toda estação poderá ser trabalhada nos 3 modos.

PARTICIPANTES
• Radioamadores detentores de licença de estação tipo 1 ou 2 (fixas), tipo 6 (móvel) e/ou tipo 9 (especial/eventual);
• Radioamadores detentores de COER, sem estação licenciada, operando estação licenciada por terceiros, em conformidade com os normativos vigentes;
• Radioamadores de todos os estados Brasileiros poderão participar, valendo apenas contatos com estações do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.

MODALIDADES DE PARTICIPAÇÃO
• Operador Único – Um único operador operando seu indicativo, tipo 1 ou 6;
• Associações, Grupos - Será permitido a um radioamador usar seu indicativo tipo 1 ou 6 conforme o caso, formar um Grupo, nominar esse grupo e se inscrever no Concurso. Os participantes do Grupo operarão o indicativo que for usado para o envio do log;
• Young Lady

BANDA, SEGMENTO DE FREQUÊNCIAS E MODO
• Banda de 2m, entre 144.200 a 144.600 MHz, FM , SSB e CW respeitando as tabelas de alocação de seguimentos da IARU Região 1.

RELATÓRIO DE PARTICIPAÇÃO (LOG)
• Cada estação participante deverá encaminhar aos organizadores do concurso um relatório de participação, constante deste regulamento;
• Recomenda-se fortemente, para facilitar a apuração, o uso do modelo disponibilizado no final deste regulamento ou em formato Cabrillo.
• Os relatórios devem ser enviados aos organizadores até 15 de julho de 2012 e serão recebidos por via postal ou por email, nos seguintes endereços:

PONTUAÇÃO E APURAÇÃO
• A cada contato serão atribuídos tantos pontos quanto for a distância entre as duas estações envolvidas, expressa em quilômetros, com 2 casas decimais; (WINGRID) + 1 ponto da Estação trabalhada independente do Estado Brasileiro;
• Contato com a Estação Diretora PY1AA/D – LABRE-RJ, valerá bônus de 10 pontos;
• Contato com Estações de Clubes PY1.../C valerá 5 pontos;
• Contatos com Estações Young Lady, PY1/PU.../YL, valerá bônus de 03 pontos;
• A pontuação final será calculada pela soma das pontuações obtidas com as distâncias mais o número de estações trabalhadas ...

CLASSIFICAÇÃO E PREMIAÇÃO
• O não envio de relatório ou o descumprimento de qualquer dos itens deste regulamento implicará na desclassificação da estação participante e seus operadores;
• Aos 3 (três) primeiros colocados em cada modalidade, serão oferecidos troféus (Estado do Rio de Janeiro);
• Aos 3 (três) primeiros colocados dos demais estados, independente da modalidade, serão oferecidos troféus;
• A todos os operadores das estações participantes que remeterem o relatório no prazo serão outorgados “Diplomas de Participação”;
• Os troféus e diplomas serão entregues, preferencialmente, na sede da LABRE-RJ, ou remetidos por via postal, desde que os outorgados arquem com às custas do envio;
• Apenas um indicativo deve ser proferido como da sua respectiva estação competidora durante o concurso;
• É permitido o uso do DX Cluster, exceto self-spotting;
• Contatos feitos com estações que não enviarem relatório padronizado, mas que constem em pelo menos 3 relatórios recebidos pela organização, terão os contatos validados após a checagem e cruzamento de informações.
