Conforme falamos por telefone ainda há pouco, aproveitando a oportunidade para prover uma informação fiel, concisa e positiva a toda comunidade radioamadorística de Nilópolis e do Rio de Janeiro a respeito da mudança do Endereço da sede da Casa do Radioamador e PX Clube de Nilópolis providenciamos através do site de nossa agremiação, uma postagem relacionando o histórico desde a instalação, em meados de 1.990, pela Prefeitura Municipal de Nilópolis da nossa agremiação no local que hoje dará espaço ao Museu Histórico de Nilópolis.

As we talk by phone just now, taking the opportunity to provide an accurate information, concise and positive to all radio amateurs of Nilópolis and Rio de Janeiro about the change of address headquarters of the House of Amateur Radio and PX Club Nilópolis we provide through our guild site, a posting relating the history since the installation in mid-1990, by the Municipality of Nilópolis our guild site today will give way to the Historical Museum Nilópolis.

Nova sede da Casa do Radioamador de Nilópolis
Para o conhecimento de todos, a atual sede encontra-se em um terreno à Rua Antônio C. Leal 241, cedido pela Prefeitura de Nilópolis no ano de 1990 graças ao intermédio do então Vereador Paulo Viriato e do Diretor do Patrimônio Histórico de Nilópolis, Dr. Cláudio de Oliveira.
Ao longo desses anos, com o imenso esforço da turma, destacando-se entre eles Sr. Rodrigues - PX1G1215, Ayrton Leitão - PU1VSM, Moreira - PU1MMZ, Rocha - PU1ROC e Mendonça - PU1TOM, a sede foi construída e contamos hoje com 40m2, divididos em sala de rádio, secretaria, sala principal, banheiro, uma cozinha e uma área externa. Com o passar do tempo, a área ocupada da Fundação Padre Matheus, que não era de uso exclusivo da Casa do Radioamador e PX Clube de Nilópolis passou a ser ocupada, inclusive, para recolhimento e moradia de cães abandonados nas ruas.
Compartilhávamos a área externa com mais de 100 cães oriundos das mais diversas partes do município.
Sem tratamento veterinário devido e acomodações adequadas, o contato com o mau cheiro, fezes, urina, pulgas e carrapatos provenientes dos animais espalhados pelo terreno tornaram-se motivo de uma grande preocupação de nossos membros em contrair alguma doença, prejudicando a nossa utilização daquele local.
Ao final do ano passado, a Prefeitura procurou os responsáveis pela Casa do Radioamdor e comunicou que precisava do terreno (que é tombado pelo patrimônio Histórico), que a ela pertence, para a construção de um Museu.
A prefeitura informou a importância da construção de um Museu para o município e que seria apoiada pelo Governo Federal, sendo assim necessitaria de cumprir prazos de início da obra no terreno para a liberação de verba.
Então, foi dada a possibilidade para que os responsáveis pesquisassem um local e que a Prefeitura daria o devido apoio.
Passados mais de 11 meses a prefeitura fez outro contato e após reunião com o Prefeito de Nilópolis, Vereadores e Secretários do Município ficou acordado por todos os presentes ( Marcos - PY1PW, Marcelo - PY1MT, Rocha - PU1ROC, Ricardo - PY1RC, Moreira - PU1MMZ, Mendonça - PU1TOM, Maurício - PU1SET, Jair - PY1HS, Claudinho -PY1MX e Marcelo Estaky), inclusive com visita ao local durante a reunião, que a nova sede ficaria situada à Rua Moraes Cardoso nº 190.
A edificação faz parte de uma praça de esportes da Prefeitura, tendo ao fundo duas quadras (1 de cimento coberta e outra de grama sintética), lanchonete, vestiários e etc.
O acesso a nova sede será feito de maneira independente da praça de esportes e para efeito de localização estaremos no ponto mais alto do Município (ganhamos cerca de 35metros a mais), ao lado do reservatório de água da CEDAE, com visão para todos os lados e sem nenhum obstáculo, diferente da atual sede.
O local encontra-se em fase de acabamento e a Prefeitura vem cumprindo integralmente com o prometido e temos a certeza de que essa união CASA DO RADIOAMADOR + PREFEITURA DE NILÓPOLIS ainda dará muitos frutos.

New headquarters of the Amateur House of Nilópolis To the knowledge of all, the current headquarters is in a field at Rua Antonio C. Leal 241, assigned by the City of Nilópolis in 1990 thanks to Cllr Paul then through the Viriato and Director of the Heritage of Nilópolis, Dr. Claudio de Oliveira.
Over the years, with the immense effort of the class, especially Mr. Roberts among them - PX1G1215, Ayrton Piglet - PU1VSM, Moreira - PU1MMZ, Rocha - PU1ROC and Mendonca - PU1TOM, the headquarters was built and now has 40m2, divided into the radio room, office, main room, bathroom, kitchen and an outside area.
Over time, the area occupied Founding Father of Dexter, it was not for the exclusive use of the House Amateur Radio Club and PX Nilópolis became occupied, including, for gathering and housing of stray dogs on the streets.
We shared the area outside with more than 100 dogs from various parts of the city.
Without veterinary treatment due and appropriate accommodations, contact with the odor, feces, urine, fleas and ticks from the animals throughout the land became a source of great concern our members in contracting illnesses, affecting our use of that site.
At the end of last year, the City sought by the leaders of the House and reported that Radioamdor needed the ground (which is listed as a Historic), that it belongs to the construction of a museum.
The city informed the importance of building a museum for the city and would be supported by the Federal Government, so need to meet deadlines for beginning the work on the ground for the release of funds. Then it was given to possibility for national search for a location and that the City would give the proper support.
After more than 11 months the city has made another contact and after meeting with the Mayor of Nilopolis, and Secretaries of the City Councilmen agreed by all present (Mark - PY1PW, Marcelo - PY1MT, Rocha - PU1ROC, Ricardo - PY1RC, Moreira - PU1MMZ, Mendonca - PU1TOM, Mauritius - PU1SET, Jair - PY1HS, Claudinho-PY1MX and Marcelo Estaky), including a site visit during the meeting that the new headquarters would be located at Rua Moraes Cardoso No. 190. The building is part of a sports arena of the Municipality, and the bottom two blocks (1 cement indoor and synthetic turf), snack bar, locker rooms and so on.
Access to new headquarters will be done independently of the sports arena and effect of location will be at the highest point of the city (about 35metros won more), next to the water reservoir CEDAE, with vision to all sides and without any obstacles, different from the current headquarters.
The site is being finished and the city is in full compliance with the promised and we are sure that this union HOUSE OF THE CITY OF HAM RADIO + Nilópolis it will produce many fruits. .
